At Yuksel Seeds we are looking for a Technical Sales & Development Representative to drive our growth in Sonora and Baja California, Mexico.

Key responsibilities

Manage the development of new varieties and field demonstration trials.
Promote and position our commercial portfolio in the region.
Prospect new customers and strategic distributors.
Oversee the full sales cycle: sales, collections, and customer loyalty.
Provide technical support and after-sales follow-up to key clients.
Achieve sales targets and report results to management.

What we are looking

Minimum 5 years of experience in vegetable seed sales and development
Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Agronomy or related field.
Based in Sonora or willing to relocate.
Valid driver’s license.
Availability to travel.
Valid passport and visa.
Intermediate English (spoken and written).
